The ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ Swim Team concluded the 2025 season with an extraordinary performance at GPS 5, held at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre on Friday 28 March. With strong attendance and enthusiastic support from students and staff, the atmosphere was electric as ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ delivered its most successful season on record.
Building on the momentum of 2024, where ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ claimed two premierships, the 2025 team went one better, securing three of the four available trophies. Victories in the Intermediate, Open Relay, and Senior categories highlighted the depth and strength of the programme. In the Junior Division, ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ placed 4th in a tightly contested field.
The Intermediate team dominated their events, setting two new GPS records and finishing 60 points clear of Newington College. The Open Relay team made history, securing ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ’s first-ever title in this category and breaking three GPS records along the way. The Senior team, winning its first title since 2010, delivered consistent top-three finishes across all events, including a new GPS record in the U18s Medley Relay.
This triple triumph concludes an historic season for ÀóÖ¦ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ Swimming. We commend both the swimmers and their coaches for the unwavering commitment and discipline that have led to this outstanding result. Congratulations on a truly exceptional effort.
